In the south-west of the bay, Pacific Ola is situated in a well-established neighborhood with excellent access to support services. The community consists of the 49 single family homes that form the first phase of the Puainako Heights Subdivision program. The main entrance of the Subdivision opens to Puainako Street, which is a major east/west corridor for access to Hilo’s commercial district.

The community project site comprises Phase 1A and Phase 1B of the Subdivision.
