Pacific Ola is made up of Phases 1A + 1B of the Puainako Heights Subdivision master-planned community. The site consists of 49 single family home lots that will be offered as horizontally developed “home-sites” or fully developed turn-key homes, built based one of the four Puainako house styles.
Puainako Heights Subdivision is positioned on 158.964 acres of land, approved for 337 residential units including 318 fee simple single-family home lots and 19 fee simple townhouse units. 80% of the lots have views of the ocean and the city of Hilo. The sizes of the lots range from 10,000 to 23,188 sq. ft. in size.
The Project is located 5 miles southwest of the City of Hilo on the south side of Puainako Street at an elevation of 1,100 feet above sea level. The Hilo region of the State of Hawai’i is known for its favorable climate with cooler temperatures in comparison to other parts of the Island. Puainako Street is a major east-west corridor for access to Hilo’s commercial district.
