Pacific Ola community project site comprises Phase 1-A and Phase 1-B of the Puainako Heights master-planned community. This area includes 49 single family home lots and two parks within the official approved site plan of the subdivision.

Phase 1-A, positioned in the south-west corner of the site plan, includes lots [1-18] and in the north Phase 1-B features lots [19-49] nestled between the two parks of the community.
